I think the use of graham cracker crumbs would make it too sweet. You can use either Italian-Style Bread crumbs of Japanese Panko (these are a bigger size bread crumb) and fry the chicken strip to make them crunchy. Peanut Butter dipping sauce does sound good...just not with graham cracker crumbs!

Have fun experimenting!! §@¿@§

Might be good, remember there is sugar in the Graham Crackers. But since you are doing a Peanut sauce in might be an interesting sweet/savory . Let us know how it turns out.

they would be yummy i guess. Try marinating the chicken strips with a little sesame oil, salt n peppa 1st. Some almond slivers would add extra crunch in the graham cracker crumbs.

Peanut sauce is good but thai chilli sauce which is a combo of chilli sauce, garlic and lime juice is best for me.

being a cookie-type base, I don't think the grahams will crisp up like traditional fried chicken. You may end up with a gooey mess when you add liquid to the crumbs (peanut sauce).

Maybe another sweet-type coating... I'd think along the lines of a honey-nut flake cereal... would give you a similar flavor and not absorb too much liquid.

i think this could be good. Only, make sure you find a brand of graham crackers that do not have hydrogenated oils in them.

I hate graham crackers so for me it would not be desirable... BUT cooking merely opinion... DO WHAT YOU want and listen to no one to come to your own conclusion.... : )
