I lost my health insurance & have a severely arthritis wrist the result of a motorcycle wreck & the implant of a steel cross to hold the whole thing together.

Every doctor in DC can write a presciption but I'm sure you must know that. What is your real question?
Are you looking for a doctor that will right you a script if you just pay for the visit?
Sure those guys are in every city. I used to have a doctor in DC but he actually expected you to have a legitimate need for pain killers.
