In my entire life, I've had more than I can count. At the moment I have 5 inside cats and 3 outside cats.

Throughout my life I've lived with some cats that belonged to other people, my deceased mother's cats KoKo(a seal point siamese) and T.C.(a gorgeous black male that looked sleek like a panther and was very sweet and loving), my sister's Siamese cats 'Holly' and 'Noel' (both were Christmas gifts from my brother-in-law)who loved when I came over and gave them attention....
And my own cats, Sylvester(now deceased, he crossed the Rainbow Bridge in 1999)and of course, my spoiled Tortie and white princess, Tika.

ever? in my life? Oh I couldn't say! Countless! I was raised with cats and we always had cats around. If one died, my parents would get another.
Since I have been on my own we've only had 4.
We have been very blessed with our last one. He is 15 now and we've had him since he was a baby. When we first got him, he wasn't even old enough to get fixed!

I have 4 right now but I am feeding about 16 homeless cats who live in some sheds around my property. I feel sorry for them.

I had 3...but one got put to sleep today...i am devasted but when i took her to the vet, i found out she had cancer...I had to put her down to end her suffering...she was such a wonderful cat and me and my 8 yr. old daughter are going to miss her but we know she is not in any more pain and that is what will get us through...we will be getting a new kitten in a few weeks so then i will have 3 again

i have 12 cats but 4 are indoors and the rest like to be outdoor,but in the winter they all come inside and they find their own place and we live in harmony also i live in a 3 story house which helps,they have their own rooms that they sleep and play in.
