some thoughts are the fiery darts of the devil and some from the holy spirit. think about it every thing is in a balance, right and wrong, good and evil, the lord and satan, life and death. so we as men are faced every day with the choices, follow the straight and narrow path to salvation or the broad path to death. so those thoughts are sometimes your own or an urging desire to do wrong or most importantly the still small voice telling you to surrender your life to jesus, least you already have then god is trying to tell you something.

You are using the mind, let go of the mind, and embrace no-mind and reflexive action. Then mind is impossible to control, but no-mind is the essence of truth.
“Distortion upon distortion: the more one uses the mind, the more confused one becomes”

We are Vunerable to the Wrong Thoughts (Firey Darts from Hell) cause satan and his bunch are on the Earth.
You don't have to Dwell on that trash.
Sometimes it is hard to knock down in your Mind.
Read your Bible more and Pray more, and it gets easier to knock them down in your mind (not think about them).

Because you have not mastered yourself ability, your focus is on survival, jobs, gods, cars, questions, TV, computers, everything but yourself because you were never taught to learn about yourself or learn you mental ability. Not just academics ability's but your higher being ability, to work your mind like it was lets say a computer game.
