Speed it up? When a person dies, or in cases of bad breakups....its best to mourn the loss of a loved one or relationship for awhile and then begin letting go of visual reminders. Little at a time. The less you talk about the person, etc. it's easier to look back comfortably and not miserably. That's if you want to get over your guy quick. Hope that helps.,

Stay busy, do really nice things for yourself and try to stay around other people friends/family as much as possible. Let the sad feelings come, if you fight them, they'll just hurt more. Give yourself like one whole day to just cry and be miserable, listen to old love songs etc...., then the next day make it a point to look ahead at the future and meeting someone who won't break your heart like that.

It could take a few months. Go out with your friends and have fun, or if you feel ready start dating and maybe you'll find the right guy that won't break your heart!

It depends. I broke up with my ex almost 2 years ago, and I still love him so much. If he asked me to come back to him, I would drop everything, to be with him.

It all depends on you... you'll get over him when you are ready. Don't jump into a new relationship to compensate for the loss though. Rebound relationships don't exactly fix anything.

You need to get out there and let the world know that you are ready for the next relationship.
Don't let your past one dictate what your next step will be, go out, meet someone, and get on with your life!!!!
