breakfast: a vanilla crisp pria protien bar and kiwiberry H2ydro (flavored water)
snack: string cheese
lunch: leftover spicy beans and brown rice, 1/2 piece leftover southwestern chicken, carrots, snap peas, and lite ranch, water
dinner: mesquite pork chop, corn, beef flavored rice-a-roni, a roll, and water

Breakfast: spicy hot dog and apple juice. Not good for breakfast? Now is.
Snack : no....
lunch: not at all....
dinner: I hope....

B: A waffle and Sunny-D

1st snack: 1 pizza slice with Hawaiian punch

L: Pizza, fries, a Cinnamon sugar giant pretzel, and Hawaiian punch

2nd snack: 5 plates of skyline chili on pasta with Sunny-D, water and a bowl of boiled peanuts

D: ramen noodles, steak (fillet minon), chicken nuggets, 2 pears, and a chili dog.

dessert- 4 scoops of strawberry ice cream and orange sherbet

Breakfast: Well, I was late for rounds so after I ran to Starbucks and had a coffee...does that count?
Lunch: Slipped in a cesar salad and bag of almonds
Dinner: Making dinner in a couple minutes before I have to get back to work....Spaghetti and Meatballs (LOL not my idea...3 year old daughter's choice)

Breakfast: Butterfinger candy bar
Snack: two Halls Vitamin C Supplements (like cough drops)
Lunch: Ham and Cheese sandwhich on wheat and a chocolate chip cookie and a Dr. Pepper
Dinner: Two slices of Canadian bacon and pineapple pizza from Papa Johns and a big ol' glass of water

breakfast-
4-eggs-over easy,sos,cereal (cold) ,tall-glass of moo-juice,o.j. and a muffin!

lunch-
tomato-soup,and two grilled ham and cheese with a pickle and onion rings

dinner -
i got two fully-Untrimmed T-BONE STEAKS on the grill ,a good looking green salad,potatos in the oven ,mushroom brown-gravey with lots of butter,garlic, and crushed red chile flakes !!

these steaks are 1 1/2 inches thick and span the width of a cow's bee'hind !!

you don't have to eat the fat !! less you want to!!
but if you take it off you just loose a lot!!!!!! of the flavor ----

midnight maybe a goooood!-banana-split with the work's !!! g'd night !!

I have a bad habit of not eating till evening but I slipped up and had a peanut butter on whole wheat. that's about it. I want the left over southwestern chicken yummy !

breakfast: two cups of black coffee, a sausage cheese omlette,
hashbrowns with onions, toast with butter. home made.

lunch: burrito supreme and a encherito, ice tea. from taco bell.

dinner: pepper steak with broccoli, fried rice, and enough beer to
float it in. home made.

eat like this everyday sometimes more, sometimes less.
weighed the same since i graduated from high school in 1978,
160 lbs.

Barley & chicken with peas and garlic for breakfast.

Turkey sandwich for lunch with 4 handfulls of "captain crunch" cereal for dessert (my naughty treat)

Supper : barley & chicken with peas and garlic again with a slice of garlic parmasean bread to dip, english toffee which I made myself for dessert.

Snacks in between of chocolates here and there.

This morning I had Lucky Charms, and for lunch I had pizza with chicken wings. I know I don't eat healthy but hey, you only live once!
