Try taking a piece of paper with large font writing; something not too complicated. Stare at it, notice the positioning of the words, font, layout. Memorize it.

Then close your eyes and use the image in your mind to restructure what you saw a few seconds ago when your eyes were open. Take your time and exercise this part of your brain.

Did you ever play the tray game at birthday parties when you were a kid? Someone take the tray full of items, you stare at it for 1-2 minutes then it is covered and you must write down everything you saw. Same concept but not a timed race.

The more you practise the better you'll get. Then it's a matter of using this ability when it is needed. Phone numbers, license plates, etc.

When you want to remember something, stare at it. Stop thinking and all other things you do with your mind and just look at it. Now close your eyes and see it in your head. Open your eyes and look at it again. Close your eyes and see it again. Is this easy for you? You have a photogrphc memory! If not, you're f@cked!

You don't really "get them" it's just how you're born, like you can replay things in your mind exactly how you saw them and see it as a "picture" thats what I do, I don't know how but when I think back I just see it how I saw it, like if I'm trying to find something, I can find it by remembering where I saw it and see it when I'm thinking about it. Or I can remember exactly how my boyfriend looked at me, or anyone for that matter. Its just how you are not something you aquire
