I've taken Tyenol, I've massaged my arm and moved it around, and I've put ice on it. Will it still hurt tomorrow and what else can I do to prevent that?

Sounds to me that you clenched your arm when you were getting the needle. That is one of the biggest problems when you get a needle. I would try warm compress for 20 mins and then ice for 20 and keep doing that for a few hours before bed. Make sure that you don't roll onto that arm tonight during sleep. Next time relax I know it is easier said than done but if you don't you will have this problem every time. Good Luck!

My opinion: I think resting it with alternating ice packs, and heating pad ( DON'T LAY ON IT), or fall asleep on it. If you're old enough, take aspirin, it helps more with the pain - unless they told you not to take it. When I got those shots, I took it pretty easy - don't push it. It gets a lot better each day. Mine was much better in 2 days, and just a little sore for a week. Just take it easy. Good luck

greater suitable than a flu shot, yet a very good deal below a measles shot! you have gotten photos earlier, good? questioning approximately it and dreading it extremely is lots worse than the shot itself. And Tetanus can kill you!

it's a mental thing. if you realize shots don't hurt, then it won't hurt. I know of what I speak because I have dealt with several surguries with no pain meds. I just ignore it. If you think about how much it hurts, then it will hurt.
