I have very simple taste when it comes to food. I love a good hamburger with a side of fries. I don't usually eat desert, but I make a yellow cake with butter cream icing, that I try not to make too often because I pig out on it.

Crusty Italian bread; a couple of slices of really good prosciutto; some brine-cured black olives; a perfectly ripe pear; a glass of Brunello di Montalcino. If I ever end up on death row, I already know what I want for my last meal.

Well, for a dessert, I would have to say it is the Chocolate Souffle that is made on the Disney Cruise Line at Palo's. This is Soooo, yummy!! We found the recipe in one of Disney's cookbooks and my wife makes it for me. It has homemade chocolate and vanilla sauce that you pour into the souffle! It is absolutely to die for!!
