hmmm "genocide" is the invention of man-kind, g-d has nothing to do with it....you can still pray that it does not happen...but you can not prevent it. the divine plan, g-d idea, genocide etc. do not go along with the word "crappy" you have used. we humans have different levels of understanding -- one by logic, the other by emotions, another by touch, by feelings etc. etc. and you can add your own...under adverse conditions or adversity...the simple question you put forward does not do justice for a simple answer. and there is none. i rest my case.
