I mean, I've been using this for a while, but I'm not sure how to use the hair conditioning function-type-thing... yeah. Ummm, is it any different from using regular conditioner, where you just lather it in and leave it for a while? Basically, how are you supposed to use it. Additionally, how does it help your hair? I would appreciate REAL answers, please, no bullcrap answers. Thanks!

please do not use a 2-in-1 .... they are very bad for your hair... they will only cause you lots of dandruff in the end....and they cry your hair out... go to your stylist and ask her to show you some shampoo and conditioner....(In separate bottles)..... i am a stylist for 6yrs.... regular conditioner will make your hair softer and healthier.. what you would do is wash your hair 1st and then put conditioner in it... leave the conditioner in for a couple of minutes (while your are washing up or whatever else) then rinse it out with cool water.. that will close your cuticle and it will help keep your hair cleaner longer and it will be smoother... if it is professional product they are very concentrated so you will only need a little but.. i am talking like dime to quarter size in your hand... for both.... hope this helped

If you have dry brittle hair then using separate conditioner is better option. You wash your hair as usual and then after rinsing the shampoo put in the conditioner and gently massage it. if your scalp is oily then avoid conditioning the hair on scalp and concentrate on ends. leave it in for anywhere between 2-5 minutes depending on the roughness of your hair. and after given time just wash it out. it will also help detangle your hair easily without much breakage in hair.
personally i never like the 2 in 1 shampoo and conditioner because it never gives the same result as separate conditioner. I have been using separate conditioner since 1986.

no you don't leave it in your hair longer than you would reg shampoo, it mostly for people with normal hair who only need alittle conditioner,, when I used to use the 2 in 1's I always finished with additional conditioner also,, and it did good,, now I just use salon shampoo,, it's expensive but I save alot cuz it lasts forever and it only takes a little bit to do the same as a bunch of the cheap stuff.

It doesnt help your hair if you use it to much most will result in dandruff so what you need to do is get regular shampoos but if you like the way 2 in 1 works just simply use a regular conditionar along with it. Good Luck

I don't trust them...I use a conditioner and shampoo. I would use the same brand, becuase the results will be more affective.

the 1st thing you do is shampoo, leave it in there while you clean the rest of the body, then rinse it out. Your hair will be softer that way.
