Front handspring-run and jump forward on to your hands, using your shoulder muscles you bounce off the floor and onto your feet.

Back walkover-keep you feet where they are, use your stomach muscles to gently bend back to reach the floor then kick and pull your legs over, then stand up.

On the front hand spring it would depend on if your moving forward or not. Like runing into it. I would sugest just standing there and having someone spot you. But act as if your going to do a hand stand but with your elbows slightly bent. then power yourself over with your legs at the same time you push up. If you come up sort you need to push harder or fling your legs more.
On the bak walk over lean back and catch yourself with your arms. Then swing your dominate leg up into the air over your head. Spot the landing and stomp.
For either one If you feel uncomftorable get some one to spot you. You may fall a couple of times. But then you have to remember why you want to learn in the first place. Hope this helps. Good Luck!
