I have an event that I just now found out about, and it is next Saturday. I need to lose quiet a few pounds before then, do you know of a good way to drop weight quickly? Any advice is good advice! Thanks!

drink 10, ten oz glasses of water per day and cut out salt from your diet. You can lose at leat 5 lbs just in the water weight alone.

Do a grape fast. It's an awesome way to cleanse your body and lose weight at the same time. You eat nothing but grapes all day long. You can consume from 1-4 lbs per day, but that's all you eat except for drinking water. You'll see the pounds fall off immediately and you'll feel the fabulous effects of ridding your body of all its' toxins. You'll lose about 2-3 pounds per day.

I have lost 10 pounds just this week.
I exercise an hour day, don't eat breakfast, and only drink water.
The next time I go get groceries, I plan on getting some water pills. Good luck!

I lost about 10 lbs. in 5 days eating nothing but apples! Coffee and milk thoughout the day and a LOT of water! It;s pretty hard, but worth it! Unfortunately, I gained it back one by one since I ate normally after that, but at least I enjoyed my event!

think ahead to how youll eat and exercise on the weekends its easy to get too relaxed on saturdays and sundays but healthy living is a 7 day a week endeavor
