I saw a girl a little while ago with sky blue hair. I guess that
looks cool on girls in late teens & early 20's. Older women
look nice as blondes (like Barbara Walters) -- better than gray LOL

It really depends on your skin tone. Some people can NOT pull off blonde. It just makes them looked washed out. And some very fair skinned people can't pull off black hair.
I don't think it's simply a matter of hair color. It's which color works with your skin tone.

If it's blonde, you gotta keep up with it--no brassy color, no nasty roots, no straw-lookin' heap of sh!t on your head. I don't know how long I'd have to bleach my hair to get it blonde, so I don't even try.
I like black--I went red for a while, but black looks good on me. It's natural (but I color over my grays. Premature grays are so fun!) But I love wild streaks--I once had crazy hot pink streaks and it looked cool. I'd like to dye my hair blue or purple--I love really saturated, intense colors.

I love being a blonde!!! I don't have enough of a temper to be red and my skin in to fair for dark colors.

Dark Brown,I'm a sucker for brunettes.
Also brown with highlights looks good, subtle highlights though, not the yellow looking ones.
