I want to send a letter to France. Perreux, France, to be exact. I live in Missouri. Do I need an International Stamp to send this? If so, how much does an international stamp cost?

Yes, you will need extra postage. Take it to the counter at the post office where they will weigh the letter and tell you amount due.

You will need the number of US stamps that are required to send mail overseas. And the amount it costs will vary depending on the size/weight of your letter.

So if you have a small, thin letter and the post office says it will take $1.25, then you'll have to buy that amount in US stamps.

I've never heard of "international" stamps.
