its so werid, and when i do my yoga again i gain my muscles back quickly then loose it again.

The only way that you should be experiencing this is by not eating a proper diet. You should eat a small healthy meal every 3 to 4 hours. Make sure that you are including fresh fruit and vegetables, whole grains and if you do eat meat then choose lean meats or substitute animal flesh with a quality soy protein powder (check consumer labs.com to get clinically tested supplements). Focus on cardio every other day keeping duration about 30 minutes. Cardio is great, but you can do too much. On the days that you are not doing cardio you should practice your yoga for 20 to 60 minutes depending on the level of intensity.

Maybe you need to be doing both or adding weight lifting to your routine. Cardio can consist of a heavier workout, either cycling with a lot of resistance or stairstepping at a harder level....you do it slower but get a deeper workout of the muscles building them up and get the cardio too......
