It wouldn't make a difference on the health of your hair but, I would cut then dye. That's the order in which it's done at a beauty salon.

cut then dye becuz if dye b4 u cut your hair is still sensitive at the moment so just cut b4 u dye it

Dye then cut. Coloring your hair can (and probably will) damage the ends, much like perming or straightening. You will most likely need a good trim after coloring.

OK, if you are planning on getting a lot cut off then you will want to cut before coloring, you don't want to get all that hair colored just to cut it out of your hair, plus the more color the stylist needs to use the more money she will charge... if you are only getting a trim then color then cut... hope this helps

i would cut then die, so you dont have to pay for the extra die then just cut it off, unless your not cuting a lot idk good luckk
