Yes, if it impairs your driving ability. "Driving Under the Influence" doesn't include just alcohol. You can be arrested if you take over the counter cough syrup! So anything that will impair your driving, even a legitimate prescription, can get you arrested and charged with DUI.

Yes you could be arrested. If it turns out that you are impaired by a prescription medication AND it is prescribed to you,then you probably will not be prosecuted.
