with the current laws an undocumented would need :

being under 18 and being adopted by a citizen .

getting married to a citizen and then the citizen would ask for his forgiveness .

if it is already married to a citizen who doesn't want to ask for her forgiveness a woman could obtain it if she was victim of abuse going through the right Chanels .

by participating in a war and then being forgiven by the president ( u cannot enlist if a war is already going on .

by having a million dollars . the goverment does not have a any proble with people with money .

by being help by his/her boss in a high skill job in which that person would have to prove he have the skills and that there is not a citizen abailable for that job .

so far this the only ways that i know about .

the last one would be by being granted an ammesty .

Sorry to tell u folks this but America is the only country in this world that makes it hard for someone to get a visa. It is not easy to get to America the right and legal way. Oftentimes, the embassy will deny someone entry into the US based on the number of visas it has been issued for the year. That is why you see so many illegal immigrants walking around with their chest out. They are saying, "I made it in despite your stupid laws"

It is against the law to come to any country with out permission from the government, every Nation has this law. Every sovereign Nation has this law, we are a sovereign nation we need to no who is in our country, we do not want criminals or people with diseases, and right now illegals are coming without being checked. This is how diseases are spread and we don't want Mexico's criminals we have enough of our own. Every country is this way.

If confronted by authority, you'll need a weapon.

If you're never confronted, you'll never have a problem.

If you're denied benefits or employment, I think kidnapping for ransom works!

Your best bet is to stop lying to yourself that working for someone else is the way to live. Find a farm to be self-sufficient on and stay away from the U.S. unless you don't mind being poisoned with fear, lies and radiation (coming soon to a blue sky near you). Failure to follow this advice will result in your obligation to slavery. You deserve it and Welcome!
