Check out the Cambridge Diet. It has an incredible support system, is very healthy, has been around for over 30 years (FDA approved) and is inexpensive. The website below is a good source for support and has a forum as well.

Make up your own diet that's less money. I been trying to loss weight and know I can loss weight when ever I want to because i follow three simple things eat right like cutting out the sweats drinking half gallon of water because water cleans out your system. Exercising because exercising is the most important. 3 days of the week aerobic like taebo and then sit up tapes or buns of steal whatever you have problems with. Weight will go done if you stick to it.

I suggest the newly developed weight management plan called Cinch. On most diets, you lose muscle as well as fat. When you lose muscle, you lose some of your body's ability to burn fat, and your metabolism drops.

The doctors, nutritionists, and scientists drew upon years of sports and nutrition science to create an easier and healthier plan. In a recent preliminary clinical trial, the scientists tested a proprietary formula enhanced with the amino acid leucine. People in the program lost fat, weight, and inches while retaining 100% of their lean muscle.

Hope this is helpful.

South Beach works really well. Buy the book...it's a good investment.
But most of all, commit to whatever program you decide. Your will power is all you need.
