OrthoClear out of business?

Looks like Invisalign has won their case. They promise to take care of OrhtoClear patients in mid-treatment, but OrthoClear cannot manufacture or import their product to the USA as of now.

Gee, I am pretty sure I got an OrthoClear ad in the mail today! I'll have to check... I don't know anything, otherwise. Ask in the group, as there is at least one industry insider there.
