here is the thing sweety, you are convering fat which is light weight to muscle which weighs a lot more. Your also going through puberty when the body naturally puts on fat to prepare for growth spurts and menstruation.........so, instead of looking at the scale, judge the changes by how your clothes fit. You can also keep a record of your measurements and weight if you want to track the results. Include your height in the measurements.....it has a lot to do with it.

Also, it sounds like you are doing everything right! Don't worry about it, you can increase distance slowly....it takes longer for your muscles to adjust than your lungs. You might also want to consider adding cycling. If you do put your bike on as low a gear as possible, this will build the quads and gluts, the largest muscles in the body and burn fat faster. Make sure you stretch a lot too. Dance stretches are incredibly good. My daughter used to not be able to touch her toes and now she pull the leg up behind her and hold it above her head.......yea, it makes me jealous too! jk, lol.

You are way, way, way to young to worry about weight. Eat healthily, get regular exercise and avoid dieting (yes avoid dieting). You are beginning a growth stage and you don't want to mess it up by worrying about your weight.
