All I can say is hallelujah. Can't wait. Apparently the wave is starting in Europe where certain runway shows are requiring a certain BMI or weight/height ratio for models or they can't be in the show. I'm sure they are not truly curvy, but it's a start. Curves will always be sexier, they always have been...no matter what the media's latest obsession. Just walk down the street and see what actually gets the most attention.

If your idea of shapely model is fat breasts and lard ***, then let me look like a skinny girl with long hair. Why do we have to look like the Good Year Blimp when men don t feel they have to have that fat or large look except maybe on their shoulders?

When society stops insisting on that idea of beauty. There are a few models out there with curves maybe one day it will go back to the time before the 60's when women looked like women and not tall boys.

You go girl!!! I only wish I could be more shapely, I think it is more appealing that being thin or even average! I think you are right to fight against the craziness that is all over the media. I have a very high metabolism and have tried everything!!! Good luck in your cause, I think it is great!!!

I think beauty is in the eye of the beholder. Thin or fat, black or white, might be attractive to different people. If the designer that makes that clothing wants to put skinny women on their runway then so be it. Lane bryant puts thicker women on theirs. Its different for everyone. If there is just one person on this planet that thinks i'm the most beautiful woman in the world, that's all I need. and if there isn't then I always have myself to count on. ;)

When skinny skeletal models are banned from the runway, that's when we shapely women will take over the fashion houses.

Yeah...the tide is turning as we speak...to much damage mentally to young women everywhere has been the cause of image problems because of thses starving string beans projecting the wrong image to young women...it is supposed to be about clothes but the clothes only look good on bean poles..

i'm a model and im not a twig, i have a shapely body and im proud of it. A flat butt and chest isnt as attractive and as a woman with a real body as long as theres no fat rolls (ew), we have to stay in shape!!!

i think there is no turning back. 1920 s- models were soo voluptuous and curvy
1980s models - less curvy but still had boobs and a butt
these days they are walking sticks .......what will happen in 50 years? we will have no models! they will die of starvation
