i git rede of everything anorexic and bulimic like my diet book pro ana sites pics so forth and so forth...so im thinking of going on a fast _were you don't eat_ anyways cuz a month ago right before i stop my anorexia and bulimia i weighed 139 now 152 what should i do pls pls pls help

the problem is because you didnt eat your metabolism(the process of digesting food) slowed down, and now that your eating it cant digest food as fast... dont stop eating or it will get slower, eat and then excercise to increase your metabolism!

I used to have a type of annorexia too.
I did get rid of my habits of fasting and eating nothing for days and weeks, but the thing I learned was that it takes time to regain the constant metabolism and eating habits back.

I tried eating small, healthy portions. I did gain weight back, but then after a while the weight gain stopped and I exercised a lot to work it off.

Just give it some time. It would be best not to fast unless it was some sort of religious tradition. If you are eating healthy now (and in small portions of healthy food), you should be fine in no time.

When I had annorexia, I was 12 and was 5'7". I went from 139 lbs to 107 lbs. I looked awful for about a year. After, i went back on my normal diet i went to 152 lbs by age 14.

I hope you will do well in your diet to return back to a normal, healthy weight.

I was anorexic too. I slowly increased my calorie intake... very slowly and I eat healthy no junk and no meat. I have maintained my weight. But to be healthy i need to gain back the 15 lbs I lost, of course that will take time. I still struggle with my ED. I'm trying to get better. I'm hungry now, I'm going to go eat :D !!!

To "disappear" is not the answer. I think 20/20 t.v. program or Discovery Channel or Primetime news had a report on you particular problem. I wish you could watch the video. There is a person who specializes in her home to help others recover. But you must discover a truth about your self, that is your self worth. Discover that and you should do well.

It doesn't sound like you've gotten rid of it at all if you're wanting to fast and not eat? You're doing the same thing all over again. If you want to control your weight and eat only good things, I'd suggest weight watchers. This way you would be held accountable, you would be eating excellent healthy food, and you wouldn't have to get rid of it either. Do it right, and do it healthy.

I'm so sorry that you are in so much pain, and experiencing so much body dissatisfaction that you would be willing to consider this. I highly recommend finding some support in your area (a therapist, group, etc) and talking about what is making you so unhappy. Below is a link for a therapist search. Good luck. You can't be doing that to your body. You can't eat then not eat and eat then not eat again! Its too much on your heart and all your organs.. Exercise and eat healthy cut your portions in half and then you will lose weight in a healthy manner.
