It depends on her height and bone structure. It has nothing to do with age.

Your appropriate weight depends on your build (whether you have a small, medium or large bone structure) and your height. I am 5'3" and I have a small frame. I am 31 years old. The appropriate weight for me is approxiately anywhere between 110 and 126 lbs.....I weigh 115 lbs....I also think your weight distribution plays a role in how much you should weigh. If you have a large bust, then that will account for some extra body weight and doesn't make you overweight.....some women have large busts and smaller waists.....on the reverse side some women are small frame on top with alot of extra weight on their lower bodies and they tend to look disproportionate.....

How tall is she? What is her fat density? What is she going to
be doing?
These factors all have an effect on the answer, though height
and bone configuration are probably the biggest factors.
Look for references to Body Mass Index on the Internet,
especially on the various AMA sites.
Age has much less to do with ideal weight than other things
though it does have some effect as we GENERALLY slow
down as we age and that effects how food metabolizes.
It gets harder to keep the weight off.
That is, "normal" is heavier, though perhaps not ideally.
Women should have a somewhat higher fat percentage
(due to breasts and skin configuration), though I believe that
7% is about the bottom - anything less starts chewing away
at brain tissue.
Do you really want less brain in the name of less weight?
No, I am not making any comments about supermodels.

Weight isn't calculated by your age.
Did you think every 29 y/o on the planet should weigh the same exact amount?
So a 4'11' 29 y/o should weigh the same as a 5'9" 29 y/o?

For every 5 feet in height you should weigh 100 pounds... For every inch after 5 feet tall you add on 5 pounds per inch.
Example : a woman at the 5' 6" tall should weigh 130 pounds.
This is U.S. standards

It depends on your height. What you need to do is look on the Internet or in a book at the library and find a weight chart. I would say 150 pounds and less. It just depends on you height

depends on how tall you are. If you are 5 ft. then you should weigh around 115 or less. Check with your doctor for your BMI (body mass indes) it measures your height and current weight to see if you are over weight

depends on height and body style. I am of medium build, 5'4" and 28. I'm 140 pounds. I should probably weigh, ideally, 135.
