Like any sports, boxing is a business. And each sanctioning body requires a fee from a manager to promote his fighter. Regardless of the fighter's abilities. Polotics also plays a part of the sport, and that is why you have so many world champions in boxing. Boxing is not monopolized. Everyone must share the pot of money amognst dishonest people.

so the "sanctioning bodies" aka crooks who own the "world championsips" can steal as much money from the fighters and the viewing public as possible. they would sanction a fight between two school kids if they thought they could get a sanctioning fee out of it.

More titles there are, the more santioning fees the various governing bodies can charge.
