Like any sports, boxing is a business. And each sanctioning body requires a fee from a manager to promote his fighter. Regardless of the fighter's abilities. so the "sanctioning bodies" aka crooks who own the "world championsips" can steal as much money from the fighters and the viewing public as possible. they would sanction a fight between two school kids if they thought they could get a sanctioning fee out of it.
