Go to the grocery store and buy Herbal Essences Color Mousse. It washes out after eight shampoos and is super cheap.

If you want a one night thing, use those dye sprays and other products used for halloween, it should be easy to find this time of the year.
If your talking about hair color that gradually rinses out try Rinses.
I like Jazz Color Rinses, for something more vibrant, they come in every color,
But you have many choices to choose from.
One that you can find at your local drug store is the Loreal temporary color mousse, easy to do and very little mess.

a cellaphane with tint your hair and it will come out gradually over several washes... but is temporary is what you need, do not use anything the says permanent or semi-permanent.. you may even try a glaze..
