I have been talking to Jessica for 3 weeks already. I think she is really attractive. Yesterday, I have been caught staring at her. I know I probably made her feel uncomfortable. This week, she was rather avoiding me like when I went into the class, she still had her head up. Then when I took my seat, then she put her head down. and now today, she sat somewhere else today since someone took her seat. Is it right for me to sit next to her today? How do I start making her feel comfortable talking with me again? I really want a friendship with her.

Just leave her alone..
That is what she wants, because most girls do that to guys when they want to be left alone..

this kinda thing has happened to me before!
this is what i did...
i left it a day or two, then when i saw her, i asked if i could have a word in private. I applogised if i made her feel uncomfortable the other day when she saw me stare at her. I told her that i find her attractive and how ever she wanted to take the situation is up to her.
by doing this i made her feel more comfortable and put her in control of the situation. she respected me for doing it and we have remained good friends since.

hope it works out for you!

Use the direct approach - just go up and talk to her again - first, talk about class or whatever, then apologize for staring but tell her you just find her really cute - either she's interested or she's not - but at least you won't be torturing yourself all year.
Good Luck!

Take the signs she's leaving you and walk away with some dignity. There is no need to press the issue with the body signals she's giving you.

Just tell her you are sorry for staring at her. Just try to talk to her again.

Why make her feel comfortable.

You sound like one of those quiet wackos.

Stop staring at her because its making you look like a freek and scaring her - be yourself and see how things go from there.

maybe she sounds like she isn't interest in you .I would say back off from her for a while and let her come to you on her own.
