I have a few questions to ask about my new house, how do I remove paint off of hardwood floors? And I'm having a little bit of a problem here in D.C because they are so strict with the schools here they can't make long distance calls to my daughter old school in Norfolk,Va to get her records they say that the people here have abused the system,o.k I know why I don't send them, well the old school told me there is no way to know if I'm really who I say I am over the phone any ideas without me having to make a trip all the way back down to Va?

Email the school district.
How much paint is on the floors?
If spots use goof-off. It wont affect the finish.

You should have had the records transfered BEFORE you moved. Don't go blaming the schools for something that YOU didn't do. It was YOUR responsiblity.
