I ALREADY HAVE ORCHARD CREDIT CARD, and don't mention First Premier...I want a credit card with no start up fees. an annual fee is ok

Did you try Discover? They give credit cards to first-time college students, so why not someone with 9-months of history?

check out Capital One. Alot of people complain over Capital One, but the reality is that they were the first credit card company to give cards to people with either no credit or low credit scores
