there are numerous law enforcement agencies that use the yahoo platform to catch criminals. The best thing for you to do is to call 911 if you see any criminal activity that needs to be dealt with quick. Otherwise, click "report" and let Yahoo know about it. They may decide to pass it along to law enforcement.
