That is an Arabic name. Here are the meanings of each.

Fatimah, Fatima - Accustom; Daughter of the Prophet (pbuh)

Ahmad, Ahmed - Most highly adored, or most praised; variation of the name "Muhammad"

In most Arab countries you take your name and then your fathers name. So this is a women named Fatima Ahmad. As to how she(or he you can never really tell on the internet by a name) got your email address I can't answer that.

If you feel it may be spam just junk it. Alot of emails with Arabic sounding names are being sent out lately about wanting to start a business deal.

Fatima is just a first name, so I think it's logical to assume that Ahmad is a surname.
