I'm getting married Oct. 20 (at City Hall) what should I wear?

First off Congrads on getting married. I would wear a white or off white dress, skirt, pants suit something that you feel comfortable in. Do not try to wear something that is not you, you will feel silly if you do. Stay true to yourself if those colors are not for you do not wear those colors. Wear whatever you feel like!

Go to a Bloomingdales or other department store (or on a website like bluefly). Look in the dress section and find a cute white or off-white dress--something simple and classic. That way you won't be walking down the aisle at City Hall in a full-blown wedding gown, but you'll still feel like a bride because your dress is white.

If you are getting married at City Hall then it would be appropriate to wear a nice dress (like something you would wear to church) or a tailored pant suit. I wouldn't wear a wedding gown...you would wind up feeling silly.

Anything you want! I would wear a beautiful white dress. You can find plenty of them at many department stores or you can splurge and wear the gown!

Wear something that makes you feel pretty and special, but you don't want to go all out with a gown.

this is about you and your groom .. wear what you feel fabulous in .. be that a white dress or a great pair of pants ... remember that its not the "before", it's the "after" that counts
