Wow. That is a substantial amount of weight. Losing that much will not be easy, or even necessarily possible. However, a friend of mine lost thirty pounds (and is now quite hot, as opposed to merely cute), so it's achievable. I don't think there's any point in finding fad diets - the basic principles involved are very simple:
1) Stick to natural, whole foods as much as possible. Avoid processed foods like the plague - they are full of ingredients that will make you fat and keep you that way. As a general rule, eat whole grains instead of refined/enriched flours, eat freshly-prepared meals from fresh produce instead of pre-packaged foods, avoid beer and abstain absolutely from foods containing high-fructose corn syrup. Especially soda. NEVER EVER EVER drink a soda again. It's just a way to drink on extra weight.
2) Get in the habit of reading ingredients before you buy things. After a while you'll get good at recognizing what's good to eat and what's not. A good guide is: if something has more than, say, six ingredients, it's probably not worth eating unless you made it yourself!
3) Exercise. This cannot be emphasized enough - you cannot, and should not, lose weight without regular exercise. Furthermore, your exercise should NOT be a way to merely lose weight, it should be a part of your life. You will feel much better, and your health (and intelligence) will improve the fitter you are. Exercise, exercise, exercise! Your particular poison may vary - I think running is excellent, but if you're overweight this may be difficult at first/bad for your knees until you've slimmed down some.

These are all difficult things to do that require discipline, but you'll come out much better in the end if you follow them. You'll probably have to pick up some new skills - organizing your time to fit in a workout, learning to cook for yourself, etc. But I think these are all changes that are rewarding on your own, even if they weren't also helping you to look and feel better.

The best and undoubtedly most healthy way to lose weight is through proper nutrition and exercise. Spread your meals out into six smaller portions throughout the day and don't intake any carbs after around 7-8 PM. Otherwise, just follow the nutritional information available on the internet. The internet also has some great examples for many beneficial exercises. Just remember that it won't happen overnight, give it time! Hope that helps!

I concur with Mati. I would add the fact that you put the weight on slowly so be smart and expect it to come of slowly. In addition get some "Sea Silver" liquid dietary supplement from a "Sturdee "health food store. Its full of vitamins and minerals and is safe.It will not interact wih any conditions you have or medication. It will take the weight off. Once you start taking the " Sea Silver" start doing the exercises you learned in gym or dance class in school. Let me know, what I know will be your good results

DO cardio/aerobic excercises like running, playing sports, swimming...etc.....DO light weights to tone up your muscles. Eat less carbs and trans fats and add a lot of color to your choices for veggies and fruits. Grilled chicken ad fish are good ways to get a good healthy meal and still very flavorfull. Dont over do it, 60 kilos should take you at least 6 months to lose in a healthy way. Good luck.

NO junk food, lots of water, no salt, or less salt, less sugar, less fat, buy only good food so you can't binge in the night. Walk at least 1/2 an hour every day. Work out when you can a few times a week. Be healthy, no alcohol, coffee, cigarettes, drugs, see your doc if you have health issues too.
