I recently got braces and have been getting alot of sores in my mouth. The ortho gave me some orthodontic wax to put over where the braces scratch and I was wondering if anyone knew where to buy this wax.

Your local drug store should have it - Butler GUM make it and sell it at retail - I've seen it in Shoppers Drug Mart in the Toronto area so you should easily find it in Guelph

maximum pharmacies/supercenters carry orthodontic wax through the toothpaste and dental floss. look intently, I practically missed it the superb time i changed into searching. it really is continually putting on the wall and jumbled in with the floss, and Oragel.

ANY wax will do....doesn't have to be 'orthodontic' wax. Sealing wax used in canning .... candle wax....chewing gum....anything of that consistency will work....but I"m sure the orthodontist would be happy to provide you with more.
