This is a very commun thing, little kids do it because it means a safe, warm and secure place for them, of course it can be a little bit uncomfortable for you specially if he does it in public! If he/she does, just gently call him/her and get him outta there, try calling his attention with something else, like a toy for example..

prob knows your feeding thingys are in there, and just like kids hide in their hands, it might be a peek a boo embaressment thing, if you dont like it tuck your shirt in, tell him its cause you dont like it when he does it. thats funny

well if you breast feed then he knows were he can get food from or because he feels safe and its all snuggly
