It depends on the person...
If he/she is dressed very obscurely, then I'll check twice to make sure it's for real.
If it's a guy I find attractive, I'll look back at him again to get a better look.

When they have a nice smile and a good sense of fashion. Lots of attitude by how they walk down the street and a cute looks with a nice butt wouldn't hurt.
