The basic from of ancient TKD are the 3 H forms. This is the first 3 forms that all new students learn before moving up. Send me your e-mail address through my 360 and I can e-mail you the H forms patterns.

Tae kwon Do forms are like diffrent movements such as form called Wan Hyo where you do various blocks, punches, or kicks.

It depends on what federation you belong to.

If you are learning Chon-Ji, Dan-Gun, Do-San, etc...

Try the website http://www.tagb.net/ Once there, on the left hand side under Student Resources, click on Training Material.

They have videos of most of the forms.
