Baked Fish with Shrimp

"Easy and delicious way to impress your family and guests with a recipe that's almost too simple! The fillets are covered with cooked shrimp and a simple white sauce. Grated Parmesan cheese is sprinkled over the top of this baked dish."

Ingredients
3 tablespoons Butter
2 tablespoons All-purpose flour
1/2 teaspoon Salt
1 cup Milk
2 pounds Red snapper fillets
1/2 pound Cooked medium shrimp, peeled and deveined
1/4 cup Grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation

Preheat oven to 325 degrees F (165 degrees C).
In a small saucepan, melt butter over medium low heat. Whisk in flour and salt to make a paste. Gradually whisk in milk. Stirring constantly, cook until sauce is thick enough to coat the back of a spoon. Select a pan large enough to accommodate all the fillets in one layer. Coat with cooking spray. Arrange fish in pan, and cover with shrimp.. Pour white sauce over shrimp. Sprinkle with grated cheese. Bake, uncovered, for 20 to 25 minutes.

Just broil them in the oven for 20 minutes--it's easy:

1. Get out a Baking Dish or a black Cask Iron Pan.
Coat the bottom of the pan with some type of oil--be generous. (turn the oven on to 375 degrees)

2. Place shrimp & fish in a Baking Dish, preferable one with made of metal.

3. Season them with black pepper, & spicy seasonings you have that will add flavor (abode, garlic, onion powder, etc)--be generous.

4. Drizzle oil over the fish & shrimp.

5. Place the pan in the oven--without a top. Cook for about 15-20 minutes.

6. If the fish in the pan begins to get "watery", then take the pan out the oven, drain the excess water into the sink--be very careful & use a spatula to hold the fish in place--add more oil into the pan, and place back into the oven.

7. Viola, you're done
Peace
