My neck hurts and I'm a heavy smoker. Does anyone know what neck and throat cancer feel like?

MY LATE GRAND DAD HAD THROAT CANCER .. YOU USUALLY GET A SORE THROAT THAT DOESN'T GO AWAY!

OK look go to your doctor and ask those questions! Obviously you need to quit smoking! But I guess the damage is already done so have a ball!
