He's friends with my guy friends and he always looks at me and laughs/makes jokes with me and he offers to do nice stuff like throw my trash out at lunch... etc. I just need some good input, cuz I'm interested in him!

yeah ask him maybe to go see a movie you want to see... go early to hang out before the movie, or stay later after the movie so you guys can talk and stuff, cause you can't do much of that in the theater.
