I live in Naperville. (near chicago) and We are looking for a house up to $300,000 or a little bit over. We need a 4 bedroom 2.5 bath. For a 5 ppl family. But houses in napervill are soo expensive! We need a house somewhere close to where I am rite now. So around naperville somewhere. Any one knows some good suggestions?

Sorry I would be no help in Chicago since I live near LA, but I wish I could even find a house even close the range of $300,000. Down here you can't find one under $450,000. Luckily I bought mine when it was around $400,000. Condo's even go for around $360,000. Good luck!
There is a good webpage at www.zillow.com. They have prices every house in the area.
