What's the best noise filtering stethescope you know of for use on an ambulance?

i use a littman classic II. one way i found to filter out noise is to pick up your feet of the floor because the floor telegraphs the road noise up your body.

the litman cardiac III is great for those faint sounds that others cant pick up

littman makes the best scopes. i\Ive had mine for 12 years!
