Even though it's considered a "no-no"--I always just place the meat into a sink full of warm/hot water if I'm in a rush..That usually does it, and the meat will be fine.

In the microwave or cool water. Never, ever in warm or hot water! Bacteria grows when done this way.

fill your sink up with luke warm water and put them in there and just check every so often to see if they are thawed

Put them in a ziploc bag and put them in a bowl/sink of warm water and keep adding hotter water every couple minutes.

sit them in the sink filled with cooler than luke warm water and they'll defrost in no time.

microwave low (defrost) setting. separate under cold water.
