People say it is wrong for the US to be in a war, because we were founded on christian principals. I say that the bible says there will be great battles in the end times. So if the bible says there will be battles, then doesn't that mean that there will be christian armies, and evil armies doing battle? And that to me says that war is condoned by the author of the bible. It is described, so there fore it must be. There is no date given for the final battle, nor are we told exactly who the battle will be against (no specific names) then isn't it our responsibility to fight every war that is thrust upon us with every ounce of mite that we have? This could very well be the final battle before the coming of Christ. And we have to win.

And, if we are headed into a battle with evil, then does the pope have a clue, or is there a different leader that we should looking toward.

No, not a little Osama. Just a curious person, asking a question. Not condoning the taking of any lives, or the destruction of any peoples. I am just looking for answers. I don't claim to have any answers, and surely would not condem anyone for trying to get a clear picture. And surely would not refer to anyone as a little Osama. That is offensive.

And to the person who referred to me as a little Osama. You also seem to be comfortable in assailing Christians by say how twisted their brains are. You must be the real prophet, knowing all you know about people and religions. Are you held in such great esteem that you can belittle millions of souls? Are your beliefs so right that you are qualified to do this?

Assuming, for the sake of discussion, that the bible is correct about wars and armies in the last days, how can we conclude, just from the fact that they are mentioned, that this is a "goodness"? And if we further assume that Christianity is The Right Path, how can we know WHICH Christianity that is? (Since different flavors of Christianity hold mutually exclusive beliefs.)

We could just as easily conclude: that God does not like any wars or any armies; that True Christianity passed away hundreds of years ago with all present-day flavors perverted in one way or another; and that the purpose of the Last Days is to cleanse the earth of all vermin, no matter what false label the evil-doers call themselves.

I would like to believe, although I know it is a baseless wish, that there are a few people hidden here and there all over the world whom God smiles upon because they are Good Souls, regardless of the "name" of their religion or lack thereof.

As for the USA being founded on Christian principles, that is true. But they were not Christian principles as understood by Christians of the 21st century. The Founding Fathers were Deists, not Theists, and they would be appalled to find people interpreting their writings through theistic filters.

Yes! Acutally, there are spiritual warfares. We need to fight (meaning pray) for Isreal! I'm not being racist but that is God's chosen people and whoever curses them shall be cursed and who is for them shall be blessed. I'm Azn, so I'm not favoring my own nationality. ANyway, there will be terrible battles against the Anti-Crhsit. And guess what? I've been praying to God to prepare me for greater battles and he said he will because I'm going to be in the Tribulation. I'm not kidding! Im scared as heck! He also said that the Anti Christ will have the Hitler spirit. He may not control Germany, but will have Hitler's spirit and far worse. After it starts the word "better" like things will get better will not be in our vocab anymore until the millenium comes. It will get worse and thats the best time to fight! Ah! I'm so excited! I can't wait to be in the war!

This post shows, how altered, the christian brains are, and then they sit and blame the Muslim fundamentalists and their madarasas for teaching violence. This shows every country has little Osamas present among them, and this questioner is no less than Osama.

War is a last resort for Christians, or at least it should be. I do believe however you are right and we are getting all of the pawns in place for the big finale.

I do believe that God expects for us to take up for ourselves, our famlies, and our country. Would He want us to just allow a Terrorist murder into our homes or country to kill and destroy our loved ones and not do anything about it?
