I DONT BELIEVE A DOG CAN BE DANGEROUS BY NATURE. ITS HOW THEY ARE BROUGHT UP. I HAVE A PIT BULL, GERMANN SHEPHARD MIX AND HE IS THE SWEETEST DOG. PLAYFUL BUT SWEET. HE WONT EVEN HURT A SQUIRREL.

There is no master list. You need to check with your city to see if there are ordinances on certain breeds living within city limits.
Any dog can be vicious and dangerous. We foster for a rescue/adoption group, and had a toy poodle that bit several men. All needed stitches for the wounds. The dog was put down- all 7 pounds of mean.
All dogs want to love and be loved. Whether they get that chance to grow up as great companions is another story.

It depends on where you live and what you use as a reference.
In Florida, for homeowners insurance it's Pit Bulls, German Shepherds, Chow Chows, Rottweillers, Dobermans....those are the ones I remember from the application I filled out recently.
I think the city of St Pete lists Pit Bulls.

I'm sure pit bulls, sheperds, and Rottweilers are. And that's truly unfortunate, because they are fabulous dogs!
The fact of the matter is, small dogs bite just like big dogs do. Heck, as a vet assistant, I've been bitten by more small dogs than large ones. Big dogs just do more damage .

Any dog can be dangerous if it does not have a responsible owner! Why do people ask these kinds of questions?

any dog who's owner doe's not train/discipline them. Pit bull dogs have been way over bred so they might go on the list by virtue of inbreeding, same goes for the fashionable big eyed Mexican dog.

Which city?
Bostons, Frenchies, Keeshonden, Sibes, Malamutes, Dalmations, as well as Dobies, Staffs, Am Staffs, Pit Bulls, Bull Terriers, Rotties, etc.
MANY breeds are on a list someplace, and ANY breed is only a bite away from being on one.

Chows as well as the others listed. Also, believe it or not, a poodle can be "dangerous" according to the breed guidelines.
