It's actually Koresh. Anyway, he was an idiot from Waco, Texas who thought he was the next Jesus or something like that. He formed a cult and people joined and ended up dying.

Yeah, tasneem - way to cut and paste! That's awesome! Do what you gotta do to get the 10 points, right?

tasneem and whynotask both gave you good answer's.

I remember when all this happened and I believe the FBI and all involved in this incident murdered those people.
I remember seeing a video, only shown once and you could see that the FBI or government set the place on fire and you did see people being shot at that were trying to get out.... like I said I only seen it aired the one time and you never saw those clips again.

I dont know how they could let those people, especially the children suffer and die the way they did.... shameful.

We are supposed to be a democracy.....
people are losing rights every day little by little
people are apathetic
people need to wake up, stand up, and be heard!!!

Tasneem deserves the 10 points; she answered excellently.

The only thing she didn't cover, is the trial the Government pursued against the surviving Branch Davidians. They were tried and convicted of killing the officers that had stormed their home/church with guns and tanks; they were NOT allowed to argue "self defense" until the very last part of the trial. While I don't agree with Branch Davidian theology, the actions of the Federal Government in this matter were shameful.

David Koresh was the leader of the Branch Davidians, a cult in Waco, Texas in the early 1990s. He believed himself to be Jesus' second coming.

He was a far out guy who repaired guns for the local sheriffs office. He had coffee with the local cops almost every day near his Encampment.

He crossed Janet Reno -- she had him and his whole group BURNED and GASSED with stuff that was OUTLAWED by the UN and Human Rights Group.

Aircraft, tanks, and flame throwers were used against this group....they could have been starved out by posting 1o men in rotation for a couple of weeks............ IT SHOWED the WORLD who is in change.

(sorry for defending this COOK-- but FACTS ARE FACTS!)

Yep;
The all died in a bloodbath a few years back. = at the hands of the Federal Government of the USA.

No TRIAL - no proofs ever given.
All evidence plowed under within three days!
