Believe it or not deodorant gets rid of cold sores. Apply it to the cold sore 3 times a day and in a day or two it will be gone.

Cold sores are caused by a virus. It can be triggered by a variety of factors, including stress, illness, and sunburn. I've had it several times, but there isn't really a way to get rid of it in a day or two--you just have to wait it out. On the other hand, the cold sore creams seem to help, as well as cortisone cream and vaseline for moistures. Basically, keep it moisturized and DO NOT pick at it. It'll fall off in a bit. I picked at it once and it took months for the scar to go away!

I know it might be noticeable and a bit embarrassing, but it happens to people sometimes. Putting makeup or lipstick on it will make it worse, so keep it clean. Even though some skin may be hanging off, don't remove it--wait for it to fall off on your own to prevent scarring. Good luck!

Go to the store and get a medication called Abreva. Its the best over the counter on the market right now...it will ease the pain and shorten the healing time....also keep your lips moist...you can use carmex or campho phenique or just plain chap stick....but make sure that you keep it moist...and most important WASH YOUR HANDS!!! anytime you apply the medication or touch your lip....and try not to touch it much (I know it's hard) cuz the more you touch it, the more you will spread it around on your face and they can get up inside your nose and be quite unpleasant....the healing time on average is about 7-10days but with Abreva I noticed mine heal in about 5-6days....the medicine is a little pricey (about $ 13-15) but its well worth it!! good luck, speedy healing and WASH YOUR HANDS!!! ( you dont want to touch you lips and then, say go to the bathroom and wipe or something like that....)
PS- Don't let ppl make you feel bad about getting cold sores...yes, it is the herpes virus, but it's not the "bad" one (lol like there's a good one), most ppl are infected as children when an adult with a cold sore kisses them and the virus just lays dormant....

Carmex always works.

However, if you get cold sores often, especially real bad ones, maybe you should see a doctor. It could be a sign of something more serious. If you get cold sores sores only once in a blue moon, then Carmex is defenitely the way to go.

You should really check out Michael Fiore's video on how to get your ex back in a matter of days through text messages. It's crazy but it works, I never believed I could get back with my ex wife in this life time but it did happened. I cheated on her a lot of times and still we are back together (won't do it again), unbelievable what some psychology can do.

Anyway, watch the video here: http://www.textyourexback.link - it will blow your mind. Good luck!

Lysine, will clear the coldsore. You can get it at the health food store. This is a sign that you need some corn in your diet. Corn on the cob, creamed corn, even popcorn helps.and try to get it daily. and you will not be getting a cold sore again, (or heres simplex )!
