So. there is a girl that i am very interested in, we have gotten past the small talk she seems to be very flirty with me. i am kinda of a shy when it comes to this stuff. But i want to know if she is also interested in me. How can i tell if she is just being friendly or if she likes me back.

Depending what you mean by small talk .
A girl doesn't really mind if you ask a few more personal questions .
Tell her that you like her very much and want to see her more often .
If she's interested in you she will tell you!

Very tough to tell without observing the two of you.
If you have any mutual friends you feel safe asking, try to find out from them if she might like you. Or just pluck up the guts and ask her out on a date. Even if she says no, she'll admire your courage.
