I haven't been eating so much for about a month now. I might eat a bowl of cereal in the morning, I dont eat lunch, and I hardly eat anything for dinner. I dont like to eat, really. But could this possibly make me sick. Ive been really tired lately. I dont even lose weight.

I would see a doctor, however, I know personally I haven't been thirsty lately at all. Just drink 2 or three times a day if that. I found that I'm dehydrated, and I started getting really dry skin. You should make yourself eat when you're hungry and make sure you're eating a balanced diet, but some things to consider when you don't eat is that you become deficient of certain nutrients. I know some side effects other than losing weight is hair loss, bone loss, fatigue, dry skin, etc etc. So eat well and drink lots of water!

You don't give any reason why, but lack of appetite and being tired are symptoms of depression. Maybe you're not losing weight because you're not active, due to the depression. You don't really discuss your mood, but that's my guess.

In any case, you should really go see your family doctor. Tell him/her what's going on and let him/her ask you all the necessary questions. It may be a physical problem or depression or something completely different. In any case, eating so little is not healthy and yes you will get sick eventually!

Really you should eat when your hungry as thats your bodys way of telling you that it needs refueling. However, if you ignore the hungry feeling for a while you stop feeling it. You may be feeling tired as your not taking in enough vitemins and minerals in your one bowl of cereal. You may need to "force" yourself to eat something else during the day - nothing to heavy just a little bite just to get you back into the habit of eating again. You may not be anorexic, as anorexics tend to have an aversion to eating rather than just not likeing to eat - it repulses them for all mannor of reasons. But you dont give off any of those signs in your post so i dont think your anorexic, it seems to be that your just "lazy" when it comes to food. It can be over come if you want it to but id start trying to fix it sooner rather than later as it can mess your body up to the point of death - look at Karen Carpenter - her body couldnt take the strain any longer and just stopped working. Dont let that happen to you x

Your body needs fuel to run...you need to eat a balanced diet....if you don't...it will eventually catch up and yes, make you sick...possibly with irreversible problems. You should go see a doctor and be up front and honest with him/her. The doctor may have some advice for you. Good luck.

when you starve yourself, your body tries to compensate by holding onto fat reserves. Give yourself another month eating like that and you will either lose weight or die.
It does sound like you are anorexic, and seeing a doctor would be the intelligent thing to do.
